- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was tackled and cuffed without being under arrest. I was asked to speak with two officers last Wednesday night. My ex wife was worried about me. I stepped out to converse and the two cops started pushing in on me. I was NEVER under arrest. I tried to avoid them and was knocked down and cuffed. This is all on camera. After 10-15 min I was released. MIS use of authority, assult, you name it. If I did that to a citizen I would be prison Bound. What can I do about it? Nothing as I don't want repercussions.
